West End “City Cat” Ferry Terminal
Not one of our largest projects that we have undertaken but certainly one of the most challenging.
Starting with a complex design of oversized ‘3 dimensional’ fully welded assemblies, followed by a four coat protective paint system; too large to transport by road freight requiring river barge transport, timed to meet the tide for off loading and immediate installation onto a site with tight parameters and an extremely tight site program to match. Working closely with the head contractor and associated trades allowed this project to be completed on time with a great level of satisfaction for all involved.
