Refund Policy
If you receive the incorrect product, please let Network Steel know as soon as you
receive the item.
If you have a change of mind or ordered the incorrect product, you must notify and
return the product to Network Steel within 14 days of the purchase.
Network Steel will refund your money at our discretion in the form we decide.
It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to Network Steel 3 Enterprise Street,
Cleveland, QLD 4163 in its original undamaged condition.
Refund given will be less our original postage costs (no matter what postage costs you
paid) and handling and restocking charges.
Custom made or special-order products are strictly non-refundable. This includes and
is not limited to Custom drains, structural steel, and fabricated items.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders and give a full refund if for any reason a
mistake is made on the website, or stock is unavailable.
We will notify you and refund you as soon as the problem is brought to our attention.
Promotions and Competitions Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and
applying to Network Steel promotions and competitions are incorporated into these
terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not
incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions
will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms
and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other
Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent
amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
