The structural steel in Haus Windsor 137 is ours. Happy Haus, architect and builder, drew the lines. Our steel holds them, exactly as drawn.

A home at this level leaves no room for approximation. Every line on the plan relies on the structure behind it, and a small miss in the steel can become a visible miss on site.

That’s why the relationship matters as much as the material.
